Shipping policy

Delivery Estimates:

Processing is from 7-14 days after an order is placed, this excludes shipping time.

Your tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.

Both standard and International services are trackable online.

Please note during busy seasons, strike seasons, public holidays etc. delivery costs and delivery times may vary.

We are not responsible for any custom charges and they must be paid by the customer. 

Any incorrect shipping addresses can be updated up to 48hrs after placing the order,  we are not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses and you may not be initialed to a refund, please do still reach out if the order has not yet been shipped and you need to update your shipping address, we will do our best to assist you.
