Please be aware that when you place an order, you are agreeing that all sales are final, and there may be no entitlement to a refund.
If a return is accepted, the hair must be in the same condition as when it was sold, including all tags attached. The hair should not have been coloured, altered with additional products, or cut. All returned products will undergo inspection before a refund is processed. If the hair is not in the same condition as when it was sold, we will return it to you and not proceed with the refund. Returns are only accepted within 7 days after the order's arrival under specific circumstances.
If you encounter any issues related to the quality of the hair, please contact us through the provided contact form with your inquiry and include any supporting photographs within 7 days of receiving the hair.
Please note that there are no refunds or returns for any sale items.
The processing time for refunds can vary, typically taking 3-10 working days, subject to your bank's processing time.
